  • Its members are never in temporal or spiritual positions of power, they set up their own puppets to reduce risk

  • The Circle generally have a specific goal they are trying to achieve

    • Before, it was the attempt to install feudalism into Europe

  • In the wake of the Late Medieval Crises…

    • They are attempting to sow more chaos in an attempt to unify and consolidate the nations
